Abstinence from intercourse between husband and wife is the third procedure to save marriage before divorce takes place, Abstinence is done with the following conditions:
- Must sleep in the same bed
- No talking to each other in bed
- Must not sleep face to face in the bed
- Must leave a distance between each other
- Must sleep back to back
- Abstinence does not go beyond the bed.
