Salatu Taraweh is performed only in the holy month of Ramadan. according to Sharia of Islam, its prayed after Salatul Isha, the Last Mandatory Salah of the day, its prayed at the beginning of darkness of the night.
Ways of Conducting Salatu Taraweh
- Can be prayed alone or in congregation.
- All readings are recited loudly.
- Can either pray eleven Rakaats or Twenty three.
- Is prayed only in the night until before dawn.
- praying alone or Congregation conducted in Mosques, homes, and prayer rooms.
