Conditions of Qualified Muadhin
- Must be a Man
- Must a Muslim
- Must mentally and physically health
- Must Have minimum Knowledge of Islam especially about Salah
- Must Know how to call people for prayers
Council of Muadhins
Council of Muadhins is established for the following Activities:
- Recruitment of Muadhins
- Receive Complaints of Muadhins against those who attend prayers, or related to his work, or complains against behaviors of the Muadhin. no any one qualifies to be a Muadhin unless accredited by council of Muadhins.
- Manage affairs of Muadhins, their Annual leave, sikc leave, as applied.
- Ensure catering of the Muadhins for essential needs such as medical assistance, food, clothing, etc.
- To Ensure salaries of Muadhins are Paid on time.
- To ensure retirement packages of Muadhins.
- To ensure replacement of a new Muadhin where there is a need.
