Uganda Jamatel Islam (UJI) is Trust in charge of managing Muslim affairs, since its establishment, the organisation has achieved quite number of endowments for the service of Islam including, building mosques, Islamic schools, helping Orphans achieve education. to ensure there is a Masjid in a every place of Uganda where is needed. currently we are busy with masjid project at a place called Kisaka in Masaka District.

More than 100 years of service to Islam in Uganda, so many schools and Masajid established by this organisation and now managed by independent committees chosen from community. while other endowments managed by the organisation administration, these include the following:

1 . An Islamic Center known as Kawempe Muslim Primary School which is at the head offices of the Organisation at Kawempe in Kampala District. This was the Original school initiated by Sheikh Shuaib in 1920s as the first Islamic Insitute which was incorporated as Uganda Jamatel islam Kampala, and graduated students in that incorporation. currently is operational as an Islamic center with Primary school, Masjid, Secondary school , etc.
