REF: DIRECTIVES OF JUMA AND MANDATORY PRAYERS AT THIS TIME COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC AS DECLARED BY H.E PRESIDENT OF SOUTH AFRICA
In His name Most High the Supreme, Most Glorified Exalted is He, the one and only God worthy of worship, there is no God but Him Most Merciful the compassionate. He bestowed His unlimited Mercy upon the entire universe by sending our beloved master His last messenger prophet Muhammad Sallah llah aleih wasallama to all mankind as mercy to the entire Universe, there is no prophet or messenger after him. May Allah salute and bless him together with his house hold the same way He saluted and blessed prophet Ibrahim and his house hold, you’re indeed Ya Allah the Glorified the Majestic.
COVID-19 coronavirus is a miracle of Allah Subhanahu Wataala to Manifest His will Upon His servants in the world as Divine intervention in response to the public announcement We made on the night of 27th Ramadan 1440/ 1st of July 2019 that: In that Night of Power ( lailatul Qadir) Allah Subhanahu Wataala sent Sayidina Jibrael aleih salam to me with Declaration of Peace of Palestine (DPP) to be signed by world leaders especially Israel and America to end oppression of Palestinians and end occupation of their land, the Ultimatum was given in that document that failure to Sign DPP and Act Upon it keeping all articles of agreement in it before end of Islamic Calendar will result in Allah’s Punishment very soon (pg 6&7), and the same ultimatum was issued in massage of Eid Al-Fitr video that was shared with tittle: Declaration of Peace for Palestine ( You tube) and this verse was recited in the message:
009.028 يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْمُشْرِكُونَ نَجَسٌ فَلا يَقْرَبُوا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ بَعْدَ عَامِهِمْ هَذَا وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ عَيْلَةً فَسَوْفَ يُغْنِيكُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ إِنْ شَاءَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
009.028 O ye who believe! Truly the Pagans are unclean; so let them not, after this year of theirs, approach the Sacred Mosque. And if ye fear poverty, soon will Allah enrich you, if He wills, out of His bounty, for Allah is All-knowing, All–wise. Al-Qur’an, 009.028 (At-Tawba [Repentance).
This is direct command from Allah Subhanahu Wataala brought by Sayidina Jibrael aleih salaam to me that, this time the sacred masjid meant Majidil Aqsa, this is Divine Declaration that the Infidels are un clean they must not enter the sacred Mosque of Masjidil Aqsa after this year of theirs which ended by end of Islamic Calendar year 1440. SO COVID-19 Coronavirus is Allah’s Command implement His Divine Declaration to end Infidels entering His sacred Mosque of Masjidil Al-Aqsa in Jerusalem and it has happened, by COVID-19 not only Masjid Al-Aqsa but this Declaration has included even the Sacred Kaabah Sharif and Mosques in the world, they are now restricted entry until further notice.
For those who believe, this is a sign for you to believe me that its true Sayidina jibrael is coming to me with revelation from Allah Subhanahu Wataala to save the Ummah and Masjidil Aqsa, as we all see recently killings of Muslims in India and destruction of Mosques by Hindu as an extension of atrocities by Chinese government detaining millions in concentration camps. COVID-19 is just a warning to world leaders to stop oppression of Muslims because they believed in Islam and stop destruction of Mosques, stop attack of Muslims performing prayers as it happened in Netherlands a year ago and more than 50 Muslims praying were murdered by gunmen on indirections orders of those countries in the West and Europe adopted Islamophobia as a way forward to combat spreading of Islam in the world. The same way Allah Subhanahu Wataala is sending His Army of COVID-19 Virus to the entire world to fight back the battle of Islamophobia as we all see Europe and west including china those who have openly showed enmity to Islam after Invading Muslim Countries, murdering Muslim individuals, and now they had started attacking Allah’s Masaajid , causing fear to those who attend mandatory prayers in Mosques by physically attacking them during the time of Prayers in Sajda ( prostration), remember this is systematically planned , the attacker of Mosque in Netherlands waited when Muslims are in Prostration position, the same attack took place on Eid Al- Fitr at Masjidil Aqsa of the same Ramadan, the Jews , Israel Army and Government, attacked Muslims in the Position of Prostration ( Sajda) at Masjidil Aqsa and they injured most of our brothers in sisters as widely shared in the media, that action concluded all previous voluntary attacks on Muslims in prayers and gathered the Wrath of Allah Subhanahu Wataala upon the enemies of Islam and Muslims and Divine redline was drawn. I call upon believers to acknowledge this Miracle of Allah Subhanahu Wataala to save us and the Ummah and Masjidil Aqsa and talk about it with Iman making possible observations from this message, failure to do will include you among those whom COVID-19 is ordered to attack by Allah’s command not as a punishment, as a warning to believers to believe and to the world leaders, Israel and America, UN to stop oppression of Muslims in the world Palestinians in particular and end occupation of their land by signing DPP that confirms 1967 UN border agreement. In this time of COVID-19, as believers must do the following:
Clearly known that Sickness is not an excuse to not to perform Juma and Mandatory Salats in Sharia. The excuse is only during times of war and heavy rains, storm, floods, winds, or earth quake as natural disasters. The Sharia is clear what kind of Salah performed by those on frontline in the war as fighters called salatul Khauf , this include those who are not fighting but in war zone, they must conduct their Juma and Jama salah under heavy security, while heavy rains, winds, storms, the community members are allowed to perform their salah in their homes which is announced by the Muadhin (caller) if he can do so. When it comes to COVID-19 which is happening now or any other plague, Sharia is clear, that those infected must be quarantined in isolated place far from the community for treatment and deal with deaths in precautious manner to avoid spread of sickness, avoid infected person to travel for prevention of spread of sickliness.
This is clear and every Learned leader of Islam knows exactly what I have said here is true, they very well know that Sharia do not say close mosques to avoid spread of plague and stop people from praying or give some kind of directions given by Muslim councils according to their own making that constitute innovation in Islam and limit people from accessing mosques following not Sharia. As Grand Mufti of South Africa I call upon Leaders of Mosques to continue making Juma and Jama Salah without any restrictions as a result of COVID-19 in accordance with Sharia, and believers do not miss salah because a masjid is closed or restricted, perform your prayers of Juma and Jama with alternative means like tent, open place, in some one’s home, but if you find out any person suspected of COVID-19 infection, separate that person from within among you and send him or her to government COVID19-camps. The Ruling made here is not our opinion but the Sharia and confirmation of Sayidina Jibrael aleih salam to give you believers good news that COVID-19 is not here to kill you, or wipe out humanity on earth but a warning and call for world leaders to establish Justice and to save the Ummah and Masjidil Aqsa.
