Lillah

Lallah is an Arabic word that means contribution from Muslims men and women to an emergency responding to a call for support of Sabilillah by providing food, Shelter, medication, etc.

Types of Lillah

  2. Share between married couple as procedure of divorce

  5. Families

Share of Inheritance

Share of inheritance from estate of deceased. When a Qualified Sheikh is invited to share inheritance between beneficiaries according to Sharia of Islam. balance of inheritance becomes part of Lillah that can be utilized for provision of Islamic services.

Share between married couples as procedure of divorce

When Married under go all steps of divorce according to Sharia of Islam and they decision is taken to end the Marriage by authorities , there is sharing of belongings between Husband and wife. In that process, a husband and wife agree to give share to Support Islam as they may agree.

Individuals

Individual Muslim men or Women may decide to support financially services of Islam, building a mosque from their earnings, may be monthly Salary, or rentals from their buildings they own, etc. or an individual may pledge to offer something in Support of Allah’s Deen.

Companies

Companies may decide to help with their products to support Islam such as those who make soap, they may be give cleaning products to Masjid , This kind of support is received as Lillah.

Families

Families tend to Support in the name of their family, a particular family may pledge to give a particular service or take responsibility of being in charge of a particular service of Islam for example paying lights and water of a Masjid, giving a place to stay to Imam, Muadhin, etc. all this is received as Lillah.
