The Sharia of Islam stipulate that, the husband may request half of his Mandatory Dowry and half of dowry gifts he gave to his wife and her family asking her hand in Marriage, or he may forgiver her and do not ask her anything in case the marriage ends and husband give her Talaq before any intercourse has taken place for the following reasons:
- If the wife refuse to be with him as a husband for intercourse after marriage for any reason.
- If the husband see anything on her body her body he does not like which may be a skin rash.
- If the Husband smells something very bad to him from her body
- If the husband tries to have intercourse with her but naturally she is a kind of a girl or woman born with a bone that can not allow any man to enter inside her.
- If the wife is a kind of a woman who naturally grow things like stones that cracks the man as he tries to inter into her during intercourse and some times the husband male organ get hurt.
- If a woman has any incurable sickness.
- If a wife is part man and part woman naturally and she neither be a woman or a man ,which could be seen and realized by husband only after marriage.
