Ramadan Karim Al Mubaraak, Official Announcement from Office of the Grand Mufti of South Africa:CALLING THE ENTIRE MUSLIM COMMUNITY TO TAKE PART IN ADMINISTRATION OF ISLAM AND MUSLIM AFFAIRS OF SOUTH AFRICA.
The Muslim Supreme Council of South Africa (MUSCOOSA) and its management accredit Jamiatul Ulama and Muslim Judicial Council (MJC) to be a reputable organisation serving Islam since apartheid until to date, with all available Muslim organisations and we thank them that good work by the time the Muslim Supreme Council of South Africa ( MUSCOOSA) was established and opened office of the Grand Mufti of South who is Director department of Sharia operating since 2015.
Islam in South Africa has been all along faced with challenge of racism that is forbidden in Islam , the entire world and South Africa as a country clearly and publicly know that Islam is an Indian religion, the Muslim community in the world and here in South Africa asking where are black people in administration of Islam affairs in South Africa, a Black peoples country? we do not see them.
So the World Muslim Community has that question until its answered by establishment of Muslim Supreme Council of South Africa MUSCOOSA in 2015 and in Feb 2019 Muscoosa was accredited by CRL Rights Commission in accordance with constitution of the republic of South Africa to be in charge of administration of Islam and Muslim Affairs of South Africa in the 4th National Consultative Conference (NCC) held at st George hotel in Pretoria where Jamiatul Ulama attended and witnessed the Accreditation that were issued to MUSCOOSA.
Here is the Problem, we call for unity of Muslims In South Africa and form one administration body in charge of affairs of Islam that is not RACIST. The organisation that must promote black Muslims and their country as leaders and administrators in affairs of Islam in accordance with Sharia, even the government policy of black Economic empowerment support black empowerment, why not Islam.
Because of this, Muscoosa is for all Blacks, Indians, Malays, Whites, Colored, local, foreigner as long as a person is a Muslim and willingly wish to serve Islam or belong to leaders of affairs of Islam of South Africa in accordance with Sharia of Islam.
MUSCOOSA STRONGLY SAYS IT RIGHT, WE MUST BY ALL MEANS IMPLEMENT BLACK EMPOWERMENT IN THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY BY APPOINTING BLACK QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS INTO ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS WORKING SIDE BY SIDE WITH INDIANS, MALAYSIANS, WHITES, COLORED, LOCALS AND FOREIGNERS TO BUILD ONE MUSLIM UMMAH FREE OF RACISM , EVERY BODY WITNESS THERE IS RACISM IN ISLAM OF SOUTH AFRICA OPENLY AND CLEARLY, SO MANY ARE TRYING TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM AND SLOWLY WE ARE GETTING A SOLUTION INSHALLAH WIHOTU VIOLENT MEANS.
OFFICIAL DECLARATION
THERE WE DECLARE THAT, IN ORDER TO END RACISM, EVERY MUSJID IN SOUTH AFRICA MUST HAVE A SOUTH AFRICAN IMAM WHO IS OF BLACK SOUTH AFRICA, PAID EQUALLY AS HIS INDIAN OR MALAYSIAN PARTNER AS TWO IMAMS WITH FULL HOUSE AND ALLOWANCES. THIS IS NOT AN OPINION BUT A DIRECTIVE TO TAKE EFFECT WITHIN THIS YEAR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
ANOTHER DECLARATION:
ITS PROHIBITED TO MAKE A MUADHIN A PERSON WHO CLEANS TOILET IN ANY MASJID OF SOUTH AFRICA. IF WE GET YOU DOING SO, THE MANAGEMENT OF MUSCOOSA WILL DEAL WITH YOU EFFECTIVELY.
A MUADHIN IS CONSIDERED A SECOND IMAM SO HE CAN NOT BE WASHING TOILETS AS ITS DONE BY THOSE WHO DEGRADE A BLACK PERSON AND THINK THAT HE MUST AS WELL WASH TOILET AS PART OF BEING A MUADHIN. IN SHARIA OF ISLAM THIS IS NOT PERMISSIBLE. A MUADHIN IS A RESPECTABLE PERSON AS HE USED TO BE NEXT TO RASSULU SALAAH LLAH ALEIH WASALLAMA .
IF YOU CLAIM TO LOVE AND FOLLOW THE PROPHET FIND OUT IF BILAAL WHO WAS HIS MUADHIN USED TO WASH TOILETS OF THE MASJID AS ITS DONE HERE. CLEANLINESS OF A MASJID IS RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY NOT THE MUADHIN, EVERY MOSQUE BY ORDER MUST HIRE SEPARATE CLEANERS OF TOILETS.
AFTER RAMADAN WE SHALL HAVE OUR INSPECTORS VISITING MASAJID AND WE FIND ANY MUADHIN CLEANING TOILET THE MANAGEMENT WILL BE PUT ON ACCOUNT. THOSE MOSQUES WHICH CAN NOT AFFORD TO HIRE CLEANERS OF TOILET MUST ORGANIZE THEIR COMMUNITY TO EITHER CONTRIBUTE OR HAVE A DAY IN A WEEK TO CLEAN THE MOSQUE.
MOSQUES IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE MUST OFFICIALLY DECLARE THAT THEY NEED HELP FOR FACILITATION OF IMAMS , MUADHINS AND PAID CLEANERS, MUSCOOSA will by Allah’s will cooperate with the management of the Mosque and the community .
