Recruitment

Recruitment of new workers for the organisation is responsibility of managing director in contact with president. New approved workers are endorsed by the president and send their details to Auditor General for creation of their accounts to be able to have access to their monthly salaries and benefits.

Before any new recruitment is made, Director of department informs managing director of the organization a need for workers mentioning particular fields in their estimated budget for operational costs so that if budget approved, their salaries must be included in the annual budget of the department.
